77rp Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by the 77rp platform accessible at https://77rp.vin. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access or use any part of our platform.

By registering as a member, making a deposit, or using any game or service on 77rp, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by all terms set out in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are considered part of this Agreement.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use 77rp services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age stipulated in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Has never been suspended or banned from using the 77rp platform previously.
• Not currently listed on any active self-exclusion register or relevant gambling protection programme.

3Registration and Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 77rp platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all fund balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details that must be provided accurately include:

• Full name as shown on a valid identity card or passport
• Malaysian identity card number (MyKad) or valid passport number
• An active and accessible email address
• Active Malaysian mobile phone number
• Exact date of birth

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process will be conducted to verify a member's identity prior to approving the first withdrawal or when cumulative transaction amounts reach a defined threshold. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of current address.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

77rp supports a range of secure and convenient local payment methods for members in Malaysia. All deposit transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• All deposits must be made using an account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 77rp does not charge any additional fees for deposit transactions; however, payment providers may impose charges beyond our control.
• Any deposit made through an unauthorised or invalid method will be returned without interest after deducting applicable processing costs.
• 77rp reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any suspicious deposit while an investigation is carried out.

5Fund Withdrawal

77rp is committed to processing all valid withdrawals in the shortest possible time. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes of approval. The following terms and procedures apply to all members:

• The bank account or digital wallet registered for withdrawal must be in the same name as your 77rp account.
• The KYC process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Standard members may submit up to 5 withdrawal requests per day with a daily limit of RM 50,000.
• VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing based on their respective VIP tier.
• Any withdrawal exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification in accordance with AML compliance requirements.

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Special Offers

77rp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each new member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only upon their first registration.
• Bonuses may not be directly converted to cash before the rollover (wagering requirement) has been met.
• The wagering rollover requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• 77rp reserves the right to void any bonus or promotion obtained through prohibited means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion between members.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the end of the validity period without compensation.
• Participation in any promotion is at the discretion of 77rp and may be withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.

7Game Rules and Integrity

All games at 77rp use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures every game result is completely random and fair, with no manipulation from the platform.

Members must comply with the specific rules of each game available on the platform. General game terms that apply to all game categories are:

• Game results recorded by the server are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• Any attempt to exploit system bugs, software vulnerabilities, or to use automation software (bots) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.
• The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automated scripts, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage in games is prohibited.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or disadvantage other players is considered fraud and will result in immediate action.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, 77rp will work to resolve the situation fairly based on valid server records.

8Member Conduct and Responsibilities

77rp members are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and to respect all other users on the platform at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:

• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward other members or customer support staff.
• Sharing login credentials or granting account access to any third party.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without valid written authorisation.
• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the 77rp platform on social media or public platforms.
• Attempting to access another member's data or account without authorisation.

Members are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations in force in their location. 77rp is not liable for any legal implications that may arise from a member's use of the platform in any particular jurisdiction.

9Account Security and Login Responsibility

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and 77rp. Our platform provides high-grade technical protection, but you as a member also play an important role in keeping your own account secure.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including 77rp support staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection. This feature is available free of charge to all members and is strongly recommended.
• If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our customer support immediately for an emergency account freeze.
• Any activity that occurs under your login credentials is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported the unauthorised access within a reasonable time.
• 77rp uses 24/7 anomalous activity monitoring to automatically detect and block suspicious login attempts.

10Account Closure and Suspension

77rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Holding multiple active accounts
• Using the platform for activities that are against the interests of other members
• Self-exclusion requests made by the member themselves

If an account is closed for reasons not involving fraud or a breach of terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member after the review process is complete. If closure is due to a breach of terms, 77rp reserves the right to withhold all or part of the related funds in accordance with appropriate legal advice.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 72 working hours following the required identity verification.

11Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

77rp provides the platform and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure platform availability and reliability, there are limitations of liability that all members should be aware of:

• 77rp is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• The platform may experience unexpected technical disruptions from time to time. We will work to minimise downtime and provide advance notice when maintenance is scheduled.
• 77rp is not liable for any losses arising from a member's internet connection failure, telecommunications service provider outages, or damage to the member's own device.
• The maximum total liability of 77rp to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

77rp reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with operational requirements, legal compliance, or changes in platform policy. Members will be notified of any material amendments via:

• In-app or on-site notification at least 7 days before taking effect
• Email notification to the address registered in the member's account
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without any penalty.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through 77rp's internal dispute resolution procedure before being referred to the relevant authorities.
